Our Hapū Impact model is essentially a 'plan on a page', it consolidates our high level vision with tangible impacts we want to see in our lifetime. The model represents the the flow of an awa, navigating from the Te Ahunga (the origin) describing enablers (best practice) that create an environment for success. Te Puna Manawa- is the deep resonating pool, expanding and refreshing how we will give expression to our values, aspirations and focussed outcomes. Finally, to Ngā Kawekawe- the areas of future impact and development: social, cultural, economic and environmental.
This model places our values and aspirations at the heart of what we want to achieve, whilst acknowledging the context and impact we wish to create within the next decade.
